Comparison of gluten free flour blends

Below is a graph comparing the protein, fibre & sugar content of various gluten free flour mixes (2016). Different brands were used some of them are only available in Australia or the United Kingdom or the USA. Both bread mixes & all purpose flour blends have been used in the analysis. The nutritional information was sourced from the product packet (photo) where possible. Wheat flour has been included for comparison purposes.
