Baking Classes

Thank you for your interest in my gluten free baking classes.

My combination class of gluten free sourdough/bread and pastry worked well in 2017 & 2018  - I am going to continue this combo in 2019. 

I will also be running some hands on classes, first up is Gluten Free Croissants. Hands on classes will be limited to 8 participants. 

Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, I will be postponing my April and May classes.

Gluten Free Sourdough/Bread & Pastry

Class includes techniques, tips, recipe booklet and a sample (to sample) from the following;

Breads 

  • Sourdough and Yeasted breads
  • Hot Cross Buns
  • Pizza
  • Wraps 

Pastry

  • Savoury Shortcrust - Quiche
  • Sweet Shortcrust - Blueberry Pie or a Galette
  • Choux - Profiteroles or Eclairs
  • Flaky - Danish Pastries

 

When:

 

All day session: 10.30 am (arrive 10.15) - 3.30 pm 

*10 participants are needed to run the class. 

A light lunch will be provided using the freshly made gluten free goodies. 

Where:

Buninyong Bowling Club

What to bring:

A pen, something to write on, a glass jar (if you would like some sourdough culture) & a healthy appetite for some freshly baked gluten free goodies.

What to wear: 

Comfortable clothes & enclosed toe shoes.

Cost:

$95.00 (inc. GST)

Gluten Free Croissants

Hands on class includes techniques, tips and recipe.

Afternoon session: 2.00 pm (arrive 1.45) - 5.00 pm 

*4 participants are needed to run the class. 

A light lunch will be provided using the freshly made gluten free goodies.

What to wear:
